We offer lifetime warranty on our leather jackets. That means a no limit warranty of the material and workmanship on the product with normal use, not the lifetime of the buyer.
Fast deliveries and free shipping
Our products are sold as ready to wear, made to order or tailor-made. This means that the delivery time varies between 3-21 working days depending on the type of leather, type of product and whether the product is ready on stock or made on order.
We use UPS, Fedex, DHL and Postnord as our preferred shipping partners.
Small packages are delivered directly to the costumer’s mailbox, while larger items are announced as home delivery at your address or delivered to the nearest pick-up location based on your zip code. All shipments are insured. If you have specific wishes regarding the delivery, please contact us before the package is sent, and we will be happy to help.
Notification is made via email and/or text message to the mobile number specified when ordering. After ordering, we always send an order confirmation.
When we send the package, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive this, look in the spam folder in case your e-mail client has sorted the e-mail incorrectly. The shipping company also sends notification via e-mail or text message, and if you don’t receive those notifications, check for them in the spam folder as well.
If the parcel is not picked up on time from your local service point, it will be returned to us. We therefore reserve the right to charge the additional costs this entails, which is 200-1000 SEK including VAT depending on your address and the size of the box. By shopping with us, you agree to the above and to pick up your package within 10 working days. We do not offer any price reductions on your items as a compensation for any delays caused by our shipping partners, but rest assured we always do everything in our power to meet and exceed our customers expectations.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us of this within 14 days of receiving the product. In order to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost. Please note that as we offer free shipping, we have no opportunity to pay for return shipping in case of regret or exchange. Should the product be used or the packaging damaged to a greater extent than is necessary to examine the product, we reserve the right to estimate a reduction in the value of the product when using the right of withdrawal.
All withdrawals shall be announced to firstname.lastname@example.org
Products exempt from the right of withdrawal
In those cases where you have placed a special order in the form of a customized item, made to measure or tailor-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
If you have bought a product made to measure and you find out that the size does not fit perfectly, we will accommodate for you to change the size to a better fit.
Reservations when ordering MTO / GMTO
For special orders of jackets, so-called MTO (made to order) / GMTO, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks. It can be quicker, but circumstances could also occur causing the delivery time to be longer than the estimated delivery. It is not common, but when ordering MTO, we can for natural reasons not guarantee delivery within the exact time frame, it is always an estimated delivery time. It is not possible to cancel an MTO order even if the delivery time exceeds the expected time frame for delivery. When ordering MTO, the purchase price is always paid in advance in full, unless otherwise agreed.
