THE PROCESS FOR ITEMS FROM OUR CUSTOMIZED MADE-TO-MEASURE COLLECTIONS.
1. Design
The first step is a personal consultation with Martin. He goes through the whole process from starting the project to delivery of the finished product, custom-made just for you. We always start with discussing your ideas for your Key Item, perhaps based upon one of our pieces is the excisting collections, choice of materials, details etc.
2. Measuring
Martin takes your personal measurements and after we know exactly how much leather and what type of materials that is needed for your jacket, we present an estimated price level for your Key Item.
I don’t live in Sweden/Scandinavia, can I still get a customized piece from you?
Yes, we ship worldwide, with three options:
A) Martin comes to your place for measurements – price on demand.
B) We send you jackets that you can try and then we adjust the measurements based upon the fit. Alternatively you can send us one of your jackets that have a good fit. Martin will work with you via phone, e-mail – price on demand.
C) You can take your measurements locally at a tailor that you then share with us.
3. Ordering
As soon as you have placed the order our team will start creating your personal jacket. The leather is usually delivered to us within 1-5 weeks and then the actual manufacturing start in our studio here in Sweden. The lead time from ordering a custom-made jacket to final product is normally 3-8 weeks, it all depends on choice of leather and design features.
4. Manufacturing
Once we have drafted the patterns for the jacket based upon your personal measurements we will start to cut the leather and prepare all materials. Every garment is individually hand-cut and it is not uncommon for a garment to involve 50-60 or even 100 pieces. When everything is prepared and ready we finally put together your Key Item.
5. Delivery
When we have your jacket ready Martin will invite you for a personal delivery in the store in Stockholm. If you prefer, we can also ship your Key Item to your address or Martin can come and meet you at your preferred address for a personal delivery. The cost for this alternative delivery option is to be discussed on a case by case basis.
We always offer alterations on our work. Alterations on our own work (labor only) are free during the first 2 weeks after delivery. After that you can always contact us for consultation and price estimate.

The delivery time varies between 1-4 weeks depending on the type of leather and product. This is specified under each item available in the web shop. The delivery time will also depend on the shipping address for the order. If you would like to have an express delivery please contact us and we will look into the possibilities for a quick delivery.
We use DHL / UPS / POSTNORD as our preferred shipper depending on your address. We prioritise a safe shopping experience for our customers and together with our preferred shipping company for each specific order we make sure that your ordered items will be delivered to you in a safe and secure manner.
If you have specific requests regarding the delivery, please contact us before the package is sent, and we will be happy to help.
Notification is made via email and/or text message to the mobile number specified when ordering. After ordering, we always send an order confirmation.

Made-to-measure refers to personalized production based on individual specifications. In the realm of fashion, it ensures garments are crafted to fit an individual’s unique measurements, providing a tailored and exclusive experience. This meticulous approach ensures a perfect fit and a one-of-a-kind piece tailored to the customer’s preferences.
Made-to-order means that the product is created especially for a specific person. It means that an item is not first prepared/manufactured with the intention of later selling it to a future customer. We make the product for you after you have placed your order and it will be personalised for you with your name on the tag together with the name of the person who made it. The product will be made according to our standard sizes and predefined materials unless you forward any specific requests that we confirm prior to having started the work with your ordered Key Item.
Ready-to-wear or prêt-à-porter is the term for factory-made clothing, sold in finished condition, in standardized sizes, as distinct from made to order or tailor-made clothing made to a particular person’s frame. Off-the-peg is sometimes used for items which are not clothing, such as various accessories. In the fashion industry, designers produce ready-to-wear clothing intended to be worn without significant alteration, because clothing made to standard sizes fits most people.
